Nice to meet you or nice meeting you? Nice to see you or nice seeing you?

I tell my students these sentences very often. And that is a speaking problem many students make. So when do we use each one of these greetings?

It’s nice to meet you – WHEN YOU MEET A NEW PERSON FOR THE FIRST TIME

It’s nice to see you again – WHEN IT IS NOT THE FIRST TIME YOU ARE MEETING SOMEONE
