“I can’t stand it anymore!”

I_can_t_stand_it_anymore_by_yourbloodynightmare

The prospect of another week of political turmoil in Brazil, makes me feel like saying:

I can’t stand it anymore!
Eu não aguento mais isso!

I can’t stand (something) anymore.

Examples:

I can’t stand this place anymore.  Eu não aguento mais esse lugar.

I can’t stand her anymore.  Eu não aguento mais ela.

I can’t stand these people anymore.  Eu não aguento mais essas pessoas.

I can’t stand this job anymore.

I can’t bear __________ anymore.

I can’t take __________ anymore.

I can’t put up with __________ anymore.

Exemplos:

I can’t bear it anymore.  Eu não aguento/suporto mais.

I can’t bear the suspense. Eu não aguento/suporto esse suspense.

I can’t bear that noise.  Eunão aguento/suporto esse barulho.

I can’t take this house anymore.  Eu não aguento mais essa casa.

I can’t take this song anymore.  Eu não aguento mais essa música.

I can’t put up with this hot weather.  Eu não estou aguentando esse calor.

I can’t put up with this noise!

» I’m sick and tired of __________

» I’m fed up with __________

Okay! Got it? Well, I truly hope you don’t need to use them very often! Hehe…
